RSG Agency Shines in 2024 with Top Honors and Pioneering Partnerships

The year 2024 marked a significant milestone for RSG Agency, as it proudly secured the esteemed "Best of GA Honorable Mention" in the Digital Marketing Firm category for another consecutive year.

Known for elevating artists and brands, RSG Agency has quietly and consistently carved its niche in the world of music and entertainment since 2012. With a strategy designed to educate and elevate market presence, foster audience engagement, and drive fan and customer acquisition, RSG specializes in creating opportunities that pave the way for success in the early stages of their clients' development and beyond.

This expertise extends across digital marketing, brand development, publishing administration, distribution, consulting, and overall business strategy, making RSG a trusted partner for influential entertainers and brands with a music-centric focus. Their collaboration with Patchwerk Recording Studios is a testament to this commitment. Together, they launched the Patchwerk Finishing School, the industry’s first-ever graduate school program tailored specifically for audio engineers, setting a new benchmark in music education.

RSG Agency Founder Dasha Ware has also brought her expertise to the National Collegiate Entertainers Group (NCEG), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization led by Director Derek “Pres” Jackson, where she serves as Head of Marketing and Music Publishing. Initially joining as an executive board member in 2019, Ware’s leadership, alongside the NCEG team, has been instrumental in advancing NCEG’s mission to establish a standardized and competitive network for music and entertainment education across the United States. Her marketing acumen and strategic vision have helped position NCEG as a vital platform for nurturing the next generation of music industry leaders.

In 2024, this partnership yielded significant results, including securing an $18,000 grant from the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta. This funding supports NCEG’s efforts to create "mini-music ecosystems" on college campuses nationwide, giving students hands-on experience in artist development, event production, audio engineering, public relations, and more. These ecosystems are inspired by the NCAA model for sports, bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world industry practices.

Adding to a year of groundbreaking achievements, RSG Agency’s long-time partner RADIOPUSHERS capped off an incredible year with the third annual "WE BUILT DIFFERENT" Conference in Los Angeles, California brought you by visionary Jonathan P-Wright, the CVO of RADIOPUSHERS.

This event showcased some of the most vibrant and inventive artists rising in the music scene. Ware brought her expertise to the event, offering essential business strategies and wisdom to attending artists. The conference was widely recognized, featured on Billboard.com and numerous other prominent media outlets.

This year’s "WE BUILT DIFFERENT" Conference provided artists with unparalleled opportunities, including on-camera interviews, professional photo shoots for major media outlets, recording sessions at the renowned Paramount Studios, and live performances at a luxurious mansion in the West Hollywood Hills, complete with a breathtaking view of downtown Los Angeles. These immersive experiences highlight RADIOPUSHERS’ and RSG Agency’s shared commitment to fostering growth and visibility for emerging artists.

One of the year's most exciting moments came when NCEG-certified entertainer DreTL triumphed as the winner of Netflix’s Rhythm + Flow Season 2, showcasing the effectiveness of NCEG’s and RSG’s collaborative approach in preparing students for real-world success.

As RSG Agency moves into 2025, the focus is on growth, innovation, and impact across all fronts. The Patchwerk Finishing School (PWFS) will continue leading the charge in music education, empowering students with advanced knowledge in audio engineering, music business, and entrepreneurship. PWFS aims to diversify its revenue streams by offering high-value, scalable digital products, such as online courses and exclusive industry guides. These initiatives will establish PWFS as a comprehensive and accessible institution for creative professionals worldwide.

NCEG also plans to expand its chapter network to more colleges and universities across the United States, furthering its mission to revolutionize music education. With Dasha Ware spearheading marketing and publishing efforts, NCEG chapters are poised to transform campuses into thriving music and entertainment hubs.

By laying a solid foundation in 2024, RSG Agency and its partners are set to redefine music education and industry readiness in 2025. With bold initiatives, a proven track record, and a steadfast commitment to excellence, the future promises to be even brighter.
